An iOS (NASDAQ: AAPL) glitch reported on Reddit late Tuesday has been plaguing both iPhone and Apple Watch users, according to NBC, unexpectedly turning the devices off if it receives a specific string of characters. "We are aware of an iMessage issue caused by a specific series of unicode characters and we will make a fix available in a software update," Apple said in a statement to CNBC. Apple representatives have confirmed they are trying to quell the situation, however, that didn't stop some users from pranking their friends. According to Apple, turning off message previews will keep you from getting pranked in the meantime. Fore more technology and financial news, click here.
