Tech giant Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ) announced last year that it will be splitting into two separate companies, both valued at $55 billion each annually, according to Re/code. In announcement this week, the company said the split should be finalized by November 1, creating HPE and HP Inc. HP Inc. will sell personal computers as well as printing devices, Re/code reported, while HPE will be in charge of selling computing systems to larger companies.
