Whole Foods (NASDAQ: WFM) announced Thursday their newest chain of lower-cost natural food stores will be called "365 by Whole Foods Market." The chain, which is meant to serve as a response to the growing demand of fresh and organic food, is an attempt by the chain to attract a millennial audience. According to USA Today, stores like Trader Joe's and even larger, big name players like Wal-Mart (NYSE: WMT) and Target (NYSE: TGT) have stepped up their game when it comes to natural and organic food options at their locations, putting increased pressure on Whole Foods to lower their prices.
