Boeing (BYSE: BA) replaced its CEO in a press release out Tuesday. President and COO Dennis Mulinberg will take over for Jim McNerny, who has help the position for 10 years, according to CNNMoney. The company, worth $100.8 billion, saw shares shoot up almost 11% after the news broke. The change will take affect July 1, however, McNerny will remain on the board.
