It's about to get even easier to order pizza from Domino's. The pizza chain (NYSE: DPZ) will soon launch a "tweet to order" system in which all a customer needs to do is tweet the pizza emoji at the pizza chain and a fresh pizza will be delivered, Yahoo reported. The tweet to order system is an attempt to connect with a more tech-savy customer, however, already more than 50% of all orders are online. "Domino's has become something closer to a tech company that sells pizza," Domino's CEO Patrick Doyle said, according to Yahoo. "It has amassed a team of about 250 technology employees at its Ann Arbor, MI headquarters vs. about 50 tech employees just a decade ago." However, Domino's is not the first food chain to test out these type of Twitter technology as far as orders are concerned. Recently, Starbucks launched a similar service, where customers can tweet and send drinks to others. "It's the epitome of convenience," Doyle said. "We've got this down to a five-second exchange."
