The Turkish Twitter (NYSE: TWTR) ban has been lifted, according to Reuters, after images of slain Turkish Prosecutor Mehmet Selim Ruraz being held at gunpoint showed up on the site. Images and accounts where the photo appeared were quickly deleted. However, YouTube still remains blocked, Reuters reported. "This has to do with the publishing of the prosecutor's picture. What happened in the aftermath is as grim as the incident itself," Kalin said, according to Reuters. "The demand from the prosecutor's office is that this image not be used anywhere in electronic platforms.”
