Uber is in some hot water yet again, according to a ruling by a California judge. In a ruling at the California Public Utilities Commission, an administrative judge rules the ride-sharing application must pay a $7.3 million fine for withholding information from the regulatory agency. According to The Huffington Post, Uber failed to report causes of accidents, how often drivers turn down ride requests and information about vehicles accommodating to riders with disabilities. Uber maintained that it reported enough information to the regulatory agency, however, the judge stated it was not enough. According to reported, Uber plans to appeal. "Uber has already provided substantial amounts of data to the California Public Utilities Commission, information we have provided elsewhere with no complaints," Uber spokeswoman Eva Behrend wrote, according to The Huffington Post.
